Northern Utah Neighborhood Improvement Grant is now open for 2024! Approved applicants will receive $17,000 in grant funding to be used to make home improvements.
Approved improvements are:
- Replace substandard roofing
- Replace soffit, fascia & gutters
- Replace substandard exterior doors
- Replace substandard windows
- Replace or improve exterior walls & siding
- Replace substandard wiring & fuse boxes
- Concrete work (replacement of broken concrete, installation of driveways or wheelchair ramps)
