Engineer Doug Higgins and Captain Bryan Fawcett received the Supervising Fire Officer Designation during last night's City Council meeting. Dave Owen from the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy presented the designation, which requires a combination of certifications, education, experience, and training to achieve.
