Bowery reservations open at 8:00 a.m. on the first Monday in February. You can make reservations either online or in person at the Recreation Department, located at 203 North 600 West. The reservation season runs from May 15th through September 30th.
Please note that reservations will not be accepted during Peach Days week. The splash pad at John Adams Park is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
Fees must be paid in full before your reservation is confirmed.

Bowery Reservation Regulations
Cancellation Policy
A 30-day notice is required to receive a refund for a cancellation. A $25 fee is charged for all refunds. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather. However, rescheduling, based on availability, is provided without an additional fee.
Park Rules
Soliciting, sale of merchandise, tickets, or services is prohibited without a Special Event Permit.
Please DO NOT use ball diamonds, soccer or football fields that are prepared for league play OR that are muddy. Limited use of the ball fields can be scheduled with Brigham City Public Works by calling (435)734-6610.
The use of loudspeakers, public address systems, or amplified music (portable stereos) is prohibited without a Special Event Permit.
City ordinance dictates that all parks close at 11:00pm.
Please do not remove tables from reservable areas.
DO NOT tamper with water fixtures or electrical fixtures. If you need help after hours or on the weekend, Parks standby may be contacted at (435)-723-6868.
Vehicles are restricted to designated parking areas only. Absolutely no vehicles are allowed on the grass.
No alcoholic beverages allowed on park property.
Smoking is NOT permitted in any City Park.
No littering. Leave areas in good, clean condition.
No weapons or firearms allowed on park property, unless otherwise allowed by state law.
Sports should be played in designated, unreserved areas only.
Do not use barbecue units on park picnic tables.
No fires are permitted.

A Special Event Permit from Brigham City MAY BE REQUIRED for these types of events.

Special Event Policy Requirements
Submit a Special Event application online. Call the Recreation Department if you have any questions. (435-734-6610). Include type of event, activities, area(s) of park to be used, date, size of group, and any other needs. Approval will be based on the event plan as well as the availability of the requested date.
A Business License or Special Event Permit may be required. For more information contact Community Development at (801) 297-6303.
Vendor Permit Application for event and from each vendor/food truck intending to sell at the event 10 business days prior to event with required Health Department and Fire Inspection documents
Registration with Utah Tax Commission, Special Events: Specialevent@utah.gov or call 801-297-6303 for temp sales tax number for each vendor.
Receipt
A reservation receipt is authorization for your event to take place in a specific park location such as a bowery does not grant exclusive use of the entire park. Access for other park visitors must not be restricted or impeded.
