**** $500 deposit is required to reserve the venue one year in advance max, unless approved by the Special Event Committee. Remaining total of venue fees are due 45 calendar days prior to the event. Cancellations require a 90-day notice, under 90 days forfeits deposit.

User Groups

Brigham City reserves the right to schedule activities and events on City courses, courts and sport fields on an "as available" basis. The following priority applies to all scheduling

  1. Brigham City Recreation Department

  2. Box Elder School District (subject to rental fees, etc.)

  3. All others on a first come, first served basis

    • Non-profit recreational league programs

    • Commercial league programs

Application must be submitted through the Recreation Department for consideration of usage for all user groups. Fees for use are due when the application has been approved, signed, and insurance has been provided.

Marketing & Promotion

The Recreation Department has the discretion to offer promotions to businesses for marketing opportunities.

These fees, user groups and guidelines shall remain until such time as they are changed by the City Council.
